Norton RL Golf Society was formed in March 2005, initially with a membership of 16, we have seen members come & go and are now settled with a core of 13. (See members profiles section).

The society holds a monthly meeting on the first Wednesday of each month (minutes from the meeting can be found on the website) plus an AGM in November.

The aim of the society is to promote the game of golf and to achieve this we have 3 x trophy day competitions, 8 x single round monthly golf days and a member’s knockout matchplay competition spread over the course of the year from February to October. 

The members we have in our ranks have a varying range of handicaps from 28 to as low as 5.   

Members are encouraged to participate in all of the competitions if possible and guests are welcome to come along if space is available.
